John McLoughlin

John joined Maryland Lighting full time in 1992 as an outside sales representative, having worked in the business throughout his high school and college years. He subsequently served One Source as Senior Vice President – Projects Group from 2004-2015, growing the group’s business two hundred and fifty percent in that time while driving the company’s transition to paperless operations and industry-leading customer service. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in English in 1992.

In his role as President, John sets the vision for the company and helps to implement initiatives aimed at achieving that vision. John focuses on excellence in staffing, customer satisfaction, and corporate efficiency as ways to fuel growth and position One Source for success well into the future. He is passionate about maintaining a corporate culture that demands excellence while nurturing personal growth and encouraging employee engagement.

John currently serves on Hubbell Lighting’s Agency Council, as well as a breakout Council Group working on industry software improvement, and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a global network of chief executives whose purpose is engagement, learning and growth.
